We had a fabulous stay at Marzia and Federico's apartment. It is spacious, well laid out and completed with great contemporary fixtures and fittings. The bed was extremely comfortable, the second bathroom was a bonus for getting us both out the door in the morning and the copious supply of coffee was appreciated! Location is great - very close to the Vatican and not too far a walk to get to the key sights of the city. Marzia was awesome throughout the booking process, providing us with heaps of information, allowing an early check-in, and also allowing us to store our bags until we had to get our evening train. All in all it was an outstanding visit and we would definitely stay here again

Our family of 5 (2 adults, 3 kids) spent a week at Marzia's apartment, and it was an outstanding experience from start to finish. Communication with her is prompt and helpful, and the apartment exceeded our expectations. The location was perfect - easy walk to the Vatican, the Metro, the shopping on Cola di Rienzo, and numerous eateries and markets in a very nice, quiet neighborhood. Having 2 full bathrooms, each with shower and tub was remarkable for a European apartment. Marzia also arranged private car transportation to/from Fiumicino airport, which worked flawlessly, including a 6am pickup on the morning of an unprecedented snowstorm! We loved it there and would definitely stay there again if we return to Rome.

My wife and I were visiting our son in Rome, and found this apartment that was only a short distance from his. The apartment is is in a very nice neighborood and very safe. The apartment was perfect for the two of us - extremely clean and well appointed. Two bathrooms were great to have, the bed was very comfortable, and even the pull out couch was great for my son who stayed there a couple of nights. The outside patio was a bonus. I wish we used it more, but it was really nice to have. I would recommend the apartment and hosts to any one. It made our stay very easy, comfortable, and hassle free.

Marzia, la dueña de los pisos, es una excelente anfitriona...muy amable y super simpática. Ella me ha organizado el transfer desde el aeropuerto y además, nada mas llegar, me ha dado una lista de restaurantes y tiendas locales. El apartamento está de lujo! Tiene todo lo necesario para hacer que la estancia sea confortable. Hay maquina de Nespresso. La ubicación inmejorable: el piso está en una zona muy bien comunicada con los principales lugares de interés. El Vaticano, Castel Sant'Angelo, Pantheon, Plaza Navona...todo es fácilmente accesible a pie. Espero volver pronto a Roma...me ha encantado y cuando vuelva espero volver a hospedarme en Casa Ione y volver a ver mi nueva amiga Marzia!

Store very close. Places to eat near by AC worked very well shower pressure good washer in unit The hairdryer attached to wall is nice Quiet at night Owner very accommodating with meeting and anything I may have needed. Arranged taxi to airport.

Beautiful apartment within walking distance of many attractions, restaurants cafes and shopping. Modern and clean with a very comfortable king bed. Marzia was great to inform us of all the surrounding areas and arrange our car on departure. For sure we would stay again on our next visit to Rome.

Beautiful apartment! Marzia was the perfect hostess. Awesome location with fantastic security. Within walking distance to many tourist attractions. Would definitely stay there again. So wonderful to have 2 bathrooms, a terrace & a king bed! Amazing apartment!!

Marzia und Federico haben uns super betreut. die wohnung ist sehr schön, sauber und gut klimatisiert. zweckmäßige ausstattung und super lage. simplymarket (sehr schöner supermarkt) und gute pizzeria um die ecke..... fußweg z engelsburg unter 10 minuten..... entsprechend ist eine erkudnung von rom nahezu komplett zu fuß mlg. alternativ bus oder metro, die ebenfalls in wohnungsnähe haltestationen haben.....

Magnifique appartement calme aux vastes pièces , décoré avec beaucoup de goût. Très fonctionnel. 2 grandes salles de bains très bien équipées avec 2 Jacuzzi. Cuisine toute équipée avec coin repas. Appartement très bien situé, à 2 pas de tous commerces, à proximité de bons restaurants et gelateria. À 5 minutes à pied du métro et du Vatican. Marzia est adorable et très serviable. Elle parle un français impeccable et répond à la moindre de vos sollicitations. Séjour parfait. Nous y retournerons avec grand plaisir. Nous recommandons chaudement.

Nos alojamos tres personas seis noches en el mes de agosto, el apartamento nos pareció perfecto. Está bien ubicado, es una zona residencial y tranquila, te puedes acercar a los puntos de interés tanto en metro como caminando. El apartamento está tal y como aparece en las fotos bien equipado y muy limpio. La conexión a wifi es buena y el aire acondicionado funciona bien y es silencioso. Los propietarios fueron muy atentos y te puedes comunicar en castellano con ellos sin problemas. Sin duda, lo recomendamos.

Ho prenotato l'appartamento per mia cugina e il fidanzato in visita per la prima volta a Roma non potendo ospitarli io. Wow, davvero non mi aspettavo una casa così bella! E' stato un soggiorno perfetto: essere vicini alla metro e a San Pietro è stato geniale per ottimizzare i soli 2 giorni che avevano a disposizione. Hanno amato anche la vicinanza a una delle vie più belle dello shopping! Inoltre la casa così accogliente e ben arredata ha permesso loro di godersi anche i momenti di pioggia del weekend. Marzia è stata un'ospite meravigliosa, io non avrei saputo fare di meglio, suggerendo dove mangiare bene senza cadere nelle trappole per turisti. Insomma grazie, un weekend che non dimenticheranno! Suggerirò senz'altro questa struttura ad amici e parenti :-)
